Class size: 4 to 8 participants
Combination of skill work for 45 minutes and gameplay for 45 minutes each week to get you playing squash as quick as possible.Topics covered include the grip, forehand and backhand swings, Serving and rallies, scoring and safety. At the end of this course you will be ready to play squash in the Co-ed Box League, Women’s league or spare for the team league.
All squash equipment is provided.

Come to this session to work on shots and tactics to rally and defend effectively on court. Each class will combine partner/group drills and conditioned games.
Training Level 2

Class size: 4 to 8 participants
Come to this session to learn how to increase the pressure on your opponent on court and reduce the pressure on yourself. Once we establish a position with good length we will explore how to attack effectively. Each class will combine partner/group drills and conditioned games.
Chilliwack Squash League

Cheam + Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre

Capacity: 48 participants
Team based league. 8 teams of 6 players, 1 match a week with 3 weeks of seeding rounds and 3 weeks of individual playoff rounds
